CHANGE OF HEART
Returns of unused product accepted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Buyer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. Before your shipment leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our QC and packing teams. Additionally, we want to minimise the carbon footprint of shipping, so we strive to offer as complete a product description as possible, in words and images, prior to the purchase so as to avoid returns. If you still have a change of heart, you can return the product within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund, following the below course of action.

Prior to returning an item, please notify us so that our logistics department is aware of the return. All returns should be sent back to us unused and in their complete original packaging, and with all labels and hangtags still attached, or the return policy may not cover the return. Buyer pays return shipping and must use the same full shipping packaging, pallets etc.. Upon receipt of a return, the goods will be inspected prior to the release of a refund.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. The customer pays for the return unless the product has arrived damaged. Signs of damage on the shipping packaging as well as on the product must immediately be documented with photos and reported for insurance reasons. Damaged product will either be replaced or refunded, depending on availability. Collection of damaged product will be arranged by the seller.

 

ACTIVATING A RETURN
Prior to returning an item – in either of the two aforementioned scenarios - please notify us so that our logistics department is aware of the return. All returns should be sent back to us unused and in their complete original product packaging, and with all labels and hangtags still attached, whilst also making use of any potential protective shipping packaging, such as pallets etc., or the return policy may not cover the return.
